Trees

Homestead trees.   Most of these trees I planted and have tended for most of 30 years.   Back in 1992, the 2-acre homestead was basically a bare hilltop with a scattering of trees near the house.   Now, there are at least two lines of defense against the north wind, and there is ample shade near the house.
